Delivery and return of bikes
We bring the bike to your hotel free of charge. Delivery is only to the hotel/villa where you are registered (we do not deliver to beaches, stores, bus stops, restaurants, etc.). The return of the bike takes place at our parking lot in the city center.
Technical condition of the bikes
Technical service is performed every 2000 km, which includes: brake inspection, automatic transmission inspection, injector inspection, tire inspection, oil change.
Do you give helmets?
Yes, we provide 2 helmets with the bike, free of charge.
Do I need a driver's license to rent a scooter?
To ensure a hassle-free experience, it's strongly recommended to have a valid driver's license (and an IDP if necessary) before renting a scooter.
What are the main fines for traffic violations?
Driving a bike without a helmet — fine 200–500 THB. Driving without a valid license — fine 500–1,000 THB (in some cases police may detain you until the issue is resolved). Speeding — fine 400–1,000 THB. Running a red light — fine 500–1,000 THB.
